I Like The Way
I Like The Way This Is Going
5.0% Medium

In Berkshire we make cider from the culinary apples that grow here but we are only a stones throw from the heart of cider apple country. Our latest cider is a blend of four cider apples, Dabinett, Michelin, Coat Jersey and Yarlington Mill partnered with our own culinary apples bringing a little acidity from the east to balance the Tannins of the West. We like the way that this is going and hope that you do too.

6.8% Dry

Our Dry cider is a blend of four cider apples, Dabinett, Michelin, Coat Jersey and Yarlington Mill partnered with a touch of our own culinary apples bringing a little acidity from the east to balance the strong Tannins of the West. We hope you enjoy the blend of classic cider apples, once from the West Country in a cider created in the east.

I Wanna Be Adored
4.5% Medium

Discovery is an attractive red apple with soft sweet flesh and is the first to mature and be picked in the autumn. We hand-picked and pressed apples from several locations around Newbury to create this single variety cider. With the nose and flavour of this early variety, our Discovery blend is a medium easy drinking, fruity, medium to medium sweet cider.

Nearly Daffodils
4.5% Medium

The Katy apple's name originates from Sweden, where its correct Swedish name is Katja or Katya. Our Katy cider is a light, pale straw in appearance, nearly the yellow of a traditional daffodil. We collected our Katy apples from an orchard close to Newbury to make a cider, like a daffodil, full of optimism and flavour. We love it and hope that you do too. CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK - BACK JUNE 26

Dave

Dave was born out of a long-term collaboration between “Green Shed Cider” and “Crazy Dave’s Cider”. Dave is a blend of West Berkshire apples and classic Ashton Bitter Cider apples. The Tannins in the Herefordshire cider apples complement the natural acidity in the West Berkshire culinary apples, creating a unique blend. Slightly sweetened and bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.

Shed Three
6.3% Medium

Shed Three is the next step of a journey to develop our signature cider. A blend of locally collected culinary apples and two bittersweet cider apples, Dabinett and Ellis Bitter, both from Herefordshire. We aim to balance the natural acidity of our local cider apples with the Tannins of the cider apples.

The Juice
Late Season Apple Blend

Our apple juice is made using local apples from local orchards, hand-picked and pressed by us. We have used a blend of culinary apples, both eating and cooking, selected to balance sweetness and acidity. The juice has been pasteurised for freshness and to retain the natural sugars.
